NYC Trip with Your Kids?
Yes, It CAN Be Easy.

Five kids in colorful jackets and shirts facing a view overlooking NYC skyline and buildings.

The planning is exhausting. Where to start? What’s worth seeing? How to fit it all in?

The logistics are stressful. Parking? Trains? Navigating crowds with kids?

You don’t want to mess it up. This is precious family time. What if they’re bored or it goes wrong?

Don’t let another season pass by saying “maybe next year” while your kids grow up.

It shouldn’t be this hard to give your family a day they’ll never forget.

Email me to get on the list for
upcoming trip dates. I’ll notify you
as soon as dates are confirmed.

Meet us at the designated parking location. I’ll guide everyone on
the train together. That’s it.

Relax and enjoy the day while I handle navigation, timing, and all the stress.
You just be present with your kids.

As a mom, I know that ‘mom-guilt’ of seeing other families’ NYC photos and thinking “we should do that…” but feeling paralyzed by all the planning.

As an engineer and mom of two, I do what engineers do best: I figured out the system. I’ve visited the city multiple times in recent months, tested routes, timed everything with kids in mind.

I personally handle all the logistics for small groups from Upstate NY.

I’ve done the trial-and-error so you don’t have to.

Here’s what you’re really getting: The confidence to tackle NYC with your kids—without the overwhelm. One day with me, and you’ll have a great time AND the knowledge to plan your own trip next time.

I’m Amanda—manufacturing engineer, mom of two girls (ages 9 and 11). I started organizing these trips because my friends kept saying “I wish I could take my kids to NYC, but it’s just too overwhelming.”

I get it, I felt the same way before I figured out the system.

In 2025 alone, I went to NYC three times in three months, including braving the December crowds! I test routes and timing, so you don’t have to.

The best part? Watching my country kids experience the energy of NYC for the first time. Their eyes were HUGE. That’s what I want for your family too.

A: I’m a mom, too—I get it! The itinerary is “engineer-planned” but “mom-paced.” We build in rest stops and bathroom breaks, and we never rush just to check a box. We move at the speed of the group.

A: Safety is my top priority. We stay in well-traveled, family-friendly areas and move as a tight-knit “pod.” I’ll teach you and your kids the same “city smarts” I use with my own daughters.

A: The city is magical in the rain or snow, but we want it to be fun too! If the forecast looks truly miserable, I’ll communicate a “rain date” or adjustment to the plan.

A: Yes — I’m planning overnight options for families who want to extend the magic! Join the waitlist and I’ll keep you posted.

A: While I’m there to guide the logistics, you’re the boss of your family. If you want to peel off for a specific shop or a quiet snack, no problem. Meet us back at a designated spot. My system makes that easy to coordinate.

A: NYC involves a lot of walking (often 5–7 miles a day!). Based on my “test runs,” kids 8+ have the stamina to enjoy the full 16-hour adventure without it becoming a chore for them (or you!).

Absolutely! My trips and system work great for mom groups, girls’ day out trips, or anyone who wants a stress-free NYC experience! Reach out and let’s discuss what you’re looking for!
